call us at 508-487-0250 to place your order. You can even pay with PayPal.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE! on all our items except for our IN STORE ONLY
ITEMS. The price you see is the total price you pay!
Additional fees to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto
Rico.
We ship packages with Fedex, USPS or motor freight.
Ordering more than one item? Call or email us and we will see if
shipping the items motor freight can save you money. It usually
does!
Include Zip Code and name and number of items. We will get back
to you as soon as possible.
For an additional fee Second Day and Overnight Shipping is
available. Send us an email and we will let you know any additional
fees.
About how long will it take for my order to arrive?
All UPS in-stock items will be shipped within 2-7 business days. If
you item is going to be shipped greater than 2 business days you
will be sent an email giving you the date your item will be
shipped.
Depending upon your location, items will take an additional 2-7
business days to reach you.
Feel free to call or send us an email to obtain estimated
shipping delivery dates.
Need it Fast? Overnight and 2nd Day delivery is available for an
additional fee.
We will notify you if your selected item is out of stock.
We try our best to make sure this doesn't happen. In the event
something you ordered is out of stock, you will be emailed
immediately, and given the options of:
- Choosing a different item.
- Waiting for us to get more.
- Canceling your order.
Your credit card will never be billed until we ship your
order.
How do I place an order?
It's fast and easy to order from Cape Cod Treasure Chest.
You can order items via our secure website, by mail, fax

To order online:
When you are ready to purchase an item, choose available colors if
applicable and quantity. Add the item to your cart by clicking on
the "Add to your shopping cart" button for that item. The number of
items you have purchased will be shown.
At this point, you can go back to the shopping pages and
continue to shop or you can go to the checkout process.
You can remove an item from your shopping cart at anytime, by
selecting "remove" from your list of items in the shopping
cart.
You can review your order at any time by clicking on the "View
Shopping Cart" link at the top left hand corner of the screen.
When you are ready to checkout, click on the "Proceed to
Checkout" button while in the shopping cart. Follow the steps
including entering in your credit card information and billing
information. You will have the option in the shopping cart of
paying by phone, printing out a mail in invoice, or via a secure
credit card payment.
You will receive a confirmation email message that tells you
that your order has been placed and is being processed.

What if I need to return or exchange an item?
We want you to be happy with our products. If you are not
satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days for an
exchange, credit or refund. A return authorization must be obtained
prior to the return of any item. The item must be in new condition
and in the original packaging. Please insure any returned packages.
Shipping costs for the returning of products other than for reasons
of defect are the responsibility of the customer.
Do you have a catalog?
We have a catalog for our furniture but not for our
tiles.
We have many items that are not listed on the website so if your
looking for something special please send us an email, info@capecodtreasurechest.com

Is the furniture assembled when shipped?
Most of the assembly is done before the furniture leaves the
factory, so you will only have to put the big pieces together. For
example a chair is shipped in four parts - the assembled back, seat
and the two side arms. We provide all the hardware and
instructions.
How does your cedar furniture weather and how long will it
last?
White cedar is a wood with a well-deserved reputation for
durability and natural rot resistance. It has been used for
generations for roofing and shingles, fences, fence posts, planking
for small boat hulls and, of course, for outdoor furniture. We have
found that left out year round, untreated and uncovered the
furniture will last a minimum of 8 to 10 years. Furniture that is
brought inside or covered for the winter will last twice that
long.
All furniture comes with a Manufacturers 5 Year Limited
Warranty. Our Teak furniture comes with a 10 Year Limited Warranty.
If any piece of furniture is proved to be defective by reason of
improper workmanship and /or material we will replace, at our
discretion, that part or the whole product at no charge to you. To
obtain warranty service you must deliver the product or part at
your expense. A copy of the original sales receipt is required when
requesting warranty work. The above warranties do not cover defects
caused by modification, alteration or repair of the product or part
by anyone other than the manufacturer. Physical abuse to, or misuse
of the product, or use or assembly thereof in a manner contrary to
the accompanying instructions.
Can the furniture be painted or stained?
Any number of finishes can be used on cedar furniture. The types we
have tried and recommend are good quality penetrating sealers and
transparent or opaque exterior stains. Paint will work fine but
like on any exterior surface, over time will begin to flake and
will eventually need scraping and refinishing. We do not recommend
oil finishes.
Teak furniture if left natural will turn a pretty silver gray
color over time. You can put teak oil on your furniture to maintain
the honey color.
I"m trying to decide which tiles match in color. How can I do this?
Our suggestions is to copy the picture of the tile you like and put it into a
word document. Do this for all the tiles you are interested and this should
give a good indication of similar colors or you could even print the images.
I want to install your tiles into my kitchen or bathroom. How do I remove the backing?
It's easy. Just soak the tile in warm water. This will loosen the glue that holds the back on.
Remove the backing and install as you would any other wall tile.
I saw a better price on another website. Will
you match this price?
We will beat it! We want your business! Some other stores carry the
same item at a lower price, but they charge more for shipping and
they also may charge sales tax where we do not. (Tax in MA
only)
